Torta caprese is the right cake for chocolate lovers. It is a typical Italian dessert that comes from Campania region. We do not know the true origins, it is probably a cake created by mistake: a pastry chef forgot to add the flour into the batter. In our recipe there is just a tablespoon of flour. However that may be torta caprese, crunchy outside and tender inside, is extraordinarily tasty and fragrant and above all very easy to prepare at home. Enjoy your cake!!
