Weak flour (W170): 170 g

Caster sugar: 200 g

Unsweetened Cocoa: 30 g

Baking powder: 8 g

Whole eggs: 2

Butter: 60 g

Whole milk: 150 g

Directions

To make chocolate cupcakes, but in general all sweets, we advise you to prepare first of all the ingredients you need so that it will be easier and faster and you will not run the risk of making mistakes. For this recipe we tried the silicone molds that did not disappoint our expectations.

Using an electric hand mixer or a stand mixer whisk eggs and sugar until thick, pale and fluffy.

Pour the milk into the mixture and mix gently.

Sift together flour, cocoa and baking powder.

Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix well.

Incorporate the softened butter.

Pour 45 g of batter into each mold in order to obtain uniform cupcakes. With this amount of batter you will get 12/14 cupcakes.

Arrange the molds on  of the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated static oven.

Let cool befor serving.

Once cold unmold the and place them on a serving plate.
